Reese Williamson

Mr. Williamson earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School in 2007 after earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.  He began his law practice in Fort Worth, Texas, where he primarily focused on oil and gas litigation and transactions, and complex commercial litigation.  While in Texas, Mr. Williamson was recognized as a Top Attorney by Fort Worth, Texas magazine.

After returning home to Louisiana, he began focusing much of his practice to estate, business, tax and general litigation matters.  Mr. Williamson primarily concentrates his practice in the fields of tax litigation, business entity transactions including start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, corporate, partnership and limited liability company law, tax credit business incentive programs, and sophisticated estate planning.
